"If you ride long enough, you'll find out how bad it feels when your trip is interrupted by fate. For me, it was a flat tire in the middle of nowhere but that "J&E trailer to the rescue" was the best sight I've seen in a long time.

"I had a chrome front ent and flush mount fuel guage and cap installed on my 2004 FLHRCI. It looks great. Everyone from parts and service were great. Chris in service, thanks for everything, was great dealing with you. Also would like to thank Cindi in motorclothes. She helped me with a new leather jacket, and went the extra mile to order it when my size wasn't in stock. " The staff at J&E Harley are just the most professional and actual caring people. There's a Harley dealer 10 min from my house and I chose to drive 6 hrs to pick-up my sportster, because the local dealers staff with the exception of a few was not friendly and did not take my purchase seriously. If your customer service is not good then the rest of your experience will not be good either.
I felt exceptionally overwelmed by the service I received at J&E. Thanks Dan! Keep up the good work J&E, you have a awesome staff.
