I also want to say how much I enjoy my experience at J & E in the purchase of
my Ultra Classic Harley-Davidson. Your salesman, George Hill, was most
professional, knowledgeable and courteously had the patience to explain the
differences in the two models I was interested in and went over all the function

"I want to tell you that I have never had a better H-D experience in my life. I had some service work done at J&E and was completely thrilled at the work performed, the friendliness of the staff, and the owner even invited us to lunch. I have dealt with a competitor since 2003, I found J&E to be much, much better in as much as making me feel at home than my "old" dealership. I would strongly reccomend J&E to my friends and all Harley shoppers for future purchases.

"I cannot fully express how wonderful Mr. Jim and Mr. George, and the rest of the J&E staff, were to my son. I have a 10 year old son who has special needs. He is COMPLETELY OBSESSED with Harleys! I took him to this dealership as a treat after a doctor visit. Mr. George and Mr. Jim took time with him and treated him better than family. He was allowed to look at everything he wanted to and had all of his questions answered. He even got to sit on a few of the beautiful motorcycles. The highlight of the visit though was a surprise ride in the sidecar for my son and myself! It was very unexpected, but we had a GREAT time! It was a first-time experience for us both. Hopefully, one day we will be able to get our own Harley and I know just where to get it...from our new J&E family. Thank you so much!"

"If you ride long enough, you'll find out how bad it feels when your trip is interrupted by fate. For me, it was a flat tire in the middle of nowhere but that "J&E trailer to the rescue" was the best sight I've seen in a long time.

"I had a chrome front ent and flush mount fuel guage and cap installed on my 2004 FLHRCI. It looks great. Everyone from parts and service were great. Chris in service, thanks for everything, was great dealing with you. Also would like to thank Cindi in motorclothes. " The staff at J&E Harley are just the most professional and actual caring people. There's a Harley dealer 10 min from my house and I chose to drive 6 hrs to pick-up my sportster, because the local dealers staff with the exception of a few was not friendly and did not take my purchase seriously. If your customer service is not good then the rest of your experience will not be good either.
